Virtual Disaster Recovery (VDR) Packages

Three levels of service are available based upon your business needs and how quickly you need to be up and running:

Basic: Proxurve service level agreement that server(s) running within 8 hours of being notified along with data restore process is started within 24 hours of being notified. Annual virtual image and Windows Server license (If an RDP server is not part of the VDR images). Annual import of virtual image, boot and check of external access and Disaster Recovery test.

Advanced: Proxurve service level agreement that server(s) running within 4 hours of being notified along with data restore process is started within 12 hours of being notified. Semi-annual virtual image and disaster recovery test and Windows Server license (If an RDP server is not part of the VDR images). Quarterly import of virtual image, boot and check of external access and Disaster Recovery test.

Premium: Proxurve service level agreement that server(s) running within 1 hour of being notified along with data restore process is started within 2 hours of being notified. Quarterly virtual image and disaster recovery test and Windows Server license (If an RDP server is not part of the VDR images). Quarterly import of virtual image, boot and check of external access and Disaster Recovery test and documentation

Other benefits of the Premium package include: virtual server image is loaded in a “stopped” state (near immediate start-up), pre-configured/reserved IP space, pre-configured DNS entries. Daily research of paraDATA backup errors and resolution. Monthly start of virtual server to ensure bootable state and external access (this is not a DR test) and review of infrastructure documentation (IP, DNS, etc).
